You can easily return products that you do not want to keep to us within 30 days of receipt.
However, please note that we can only accept returned items if their hygiene seals are undamaged. Of course, you still have the possibility to take the products out of their packaging to feel them, check the quality/color nuance, etc.

If you wish to exchange products, please return the products you do not want to keep as a regular return and reorder your desired product from our online store.

Processing time & Refund
We strive to process all returns within one week of receipt, but can often do this much faster.
